Finally, frenzy is the skill that allows this perk to work, giving you even more damage reduction, and giving you only 30% of your health, beserker and the yakuza deck.

Yakuza perk deck seems op. We can already reach 1. 5 sec armor regen with die hard (%15) + bulletproof (%25) + armorer (%10) and that's %50 bonus. The lower your health, the more armor recovery rate you have.

The yakuza perk deck is pretty niche but synergies extremely well with berserker builds. Nononononono this deck is fucking terrible with berserker, it offers no survivability increases to keep your low hp ass from going down and the bonuses it does offer range from shit (armor regen) to decent (movement speed).
