Hey guys, after a couple of month of fun on heroes of the storm, i finally bought my favourite hero, jaina. I have one question about her talents: Why is icy veins ignored on the talent tree?
Sprint can be used offensively and defensively whereas icy veins is really only offensive. Jaina can already 100 to 0 someone so the utility of sprint. ( patch september 26, 2017 ) note:
Fixed a typo in the icy veins tooltip which incorrectly stated that the talent provided a 300% cooldown recharge rate , rather than 200%. This only affected the tooltip, and the talent's functionality has not changed. Warriors have been reworked and received the following new talents in build 44895.
I am really afraid about e cdr potentially increased to 8s. The current iteration is maxed to 6s (according to my phone app). With so much cdr on a spell fairly having a long cooldown, i am afraid jaina would be able to root 2 heroes for 5s or 6s while destroying them thanks to icy veins (13) and numbing blast (16) very easily.
