What if you want to insert a clip that is already in the timeline between 2 other clips, ie. Change the order of. In the middle of your screen you will see a bunch of tools.

J'ai un problème très bizarre d'insertion de clip dans la timeline. Lorsque je veux insérer un clip au point de montage il se positionne systématiquement en début de timeline ! C'est la seule timeline qui me pose ce pb.
Seules différences par rapport aux autres timeline, j'ai beaucoup bidouillé sur les pistes audio, son des clips. Right now i usually zoom in in the timeline, go to the clip start, then go back one frame with the arrow key and then drag the clip so it moves only one frame. To move clips in the timeline:
Drag any clip in the timeline to any other position. If you drag a clip to overlap another clip, the clip you’re dragging overwrites the clip you’re dropping it onto. Hold the shift key down while dragging clips up or down in the timeline.
Just make sure your snapping is turned off. If this audio clip is linked to a video clip you will be bound by the frames, but if it's audio only you have full control just like with any daw. Just zoom in close enough.
In the edit page you won't be able to zoom past the frame level though, you can still move it unbound by the fps.
