It is the only dex ugs, it is the weakest ugs with it's normal strikes (due to dex scaling being worse) and the strongest ugs if you hit with the wind blast and the weapon at the same time. Overall i think it is a really great weapon, although it has lower ar than the other ugss. It's usable in a rob flynn build.
